Calls are not forwarding

Hi,

Calls on ext. 356 are not forwarding to extension 354. What am I missing here? There is no v-mail assigned to this extension and the calls should be FDN but are not.

CLS FBD, you have FBA. FBA will send any DID call to that phone to the Attendent.

I changed FBA to FBD. Both internal and external calls are not routing anywhere. The line rings and rings and doesn't forward.

I see no other reason that it doesn't work as everything looks right.

Out the Phone and rebuild it.

Try CFXA and CFTA

CFXA is for External and he is doing internal and CFTA is call forward by call type which wouldn't stop the call from forwarding at all.


Can I ask why you want to FNA/HTA this phone?

I rebuilt the phone and this is still not working.

This is the error I receive when trying CFTA.
HTA is not allowed unless Hunting is defined.
Action: HNT DN and EHT DN must be defined for HTA
Severity: Info

Can you dial 354 directly? Just to be sure the call isn't forwarded from 354.

Yes if I take 356 off the hook it does forward to 354.

Now that is weird, it does one but not the other. Do you want 356 to go to 354 all the time, or only if there is no answer?
