Callpinking out of the Queue

Is it possible with a short code to pick a call out of a certain hunt group Queue?? The meaning of this is that when all users in the hunt group are in a call that any person who wants to he[l can pick a call out of the hunt group.

Does anyone has a list of expansions of each separate short code??

If I understand your request correctly, you as a non-member of a hunt group want to occasionally jump in a help out a busy queue?

If so, make yourself a member of the hunt group, but set your mode to diabled. You normally won't receive calls. Then, when you want to take calls login to the group (huntgroupenable button on your phone works great) and logout again when you are finished helping them out. You could take a single call (next one waiting) by logging in, then logging out again as soon as you are speaking with the customer.

I think this is not what i am looking for because the hunt group button on the Avaya phone will not work. This button makes you log on and off on all hunt groups where you are a member from. I know that i can make I short code to log on and off in the huntgroep. But i am looking for a short code to pick a call out of a certain queue.

Another option is to use a Group button (the same one you use to show calls in queue). You can press a flashing q-status button and have the option show up on your softkeys to answer the next call in queue.

So, if you have a Parts Q-status button and a Service Q-status button you can press either one if flashing to pick up one call from that queue.
