cannot figure out how to view amount of ports on Callpilot 100 i am troubleshooting

if you are talking about the station ports just check the wiring. It can have 2 station ports connected with 2 channels per port so a total of 4 channels.
The 150 can have up to 4 ports or 8 channels

well i need to know how many calls the ports can handle

Two port callpilot could handle 4 call 4 ports 8 calls

One channel handles one call so your answer is 2 calls per port.

No only will a port be busy when a call is either in the AA or mailbox it also is busy when a user is checking a MB, message notification, and other VM features are being used.
