callpilot won't transfer to v.m. after hunt group

I'm working with an mics 6.1 and c.p. 2.0 trying to have an external call drop into a v.m. after it's routed to a hunt group. tried many variations.. no success yet. anyone know if this can be done?... thanks,deni

If you set your overflow to the Voice Mail DN and create a mailbox the same number as the Hunt Group DN it should work.

I tried as you suggested D.D. but no luck.The caller is routed back to the 1st menu in the C.C.R. tree no matter what I've tried.I guess I could give the caller an option if routed back, to enter a general mailbox # but it seems like there should be an easier way. Thanks for the suggestion. Any others?

I have done this before different times. You may have to adjust your timers.

i beleive you need to have the hunt group dn as a vm box and have hg overflow to vm dn "f985"..so hg 701/ mail box 701 overflow to vm dn

Thanks to both... I tried this as well, L.L. I also adjusted my callback timer and park timeout. I must be missing some other setting.

What did you set you Transfer Callback to? Also what is your que times for the first and second hunt groups?

I set trans.c at 12 (the highest setting) and q timeout is 45.. I only have 1 h.g.
