When a caller reaches our voicemail system, the greeting plays and then the main menu of the CCR Tree plays.
If at any point the caller presses any key, the message (whether greeting or tree menu) stops and silence ensues.
I went into the browser-based CallPilot Manager and was able to listen to all the menus - everything looks ok there.
This seems to have started out of the blue... definitely not been doing any voicemail programming, judging by how long it took this morning to figure out the password!
Only recent change I can think of is I turned on line supervision as the voicemail system wasn't hanging up right away when callers did, but I seem to recall receiving messages since then...
Any ideas?
