Callpilot Voice Mailbox Password policy

BCM 400 with CallPilot - how do you change the voice mail box password policy?

Trying to change duration of password. Thanks for your help.

Hello,

I have a BCM 50 myself so I'm not sure if yours will be the same. For me I go into CallPilot and then select Mailbox Admin » Class of Service. From there you can set the password retention (0 for never expire). I hate this feature so I've set all mine to 0.

You may hate the feature, but the hackers love you making it never expire.

I agree, acewarlock. Regardless, gentech was correct - the password duration can be modified in the same way on a BCM400. Thanks for the input, gentech!
