CallPilot Version 3 database does not start

Guys,

I got a system on version 3.3 (Callpilot) and it can not start the sybase database. when the system starts it says stopping service.

Is there any procedures to do in order to get this service to come up? or is there a way to unlock the database if it is locked?

Thanks for your help in advance
