what's needed to repair this? the server's time is correct but messages are not stamped with the correct time.

thanks,
-pt.

Make the Time change on your switch. Messages pull there time from the switch not the callpilot server.

will the time stamp affect Desktop clients as well? I am having trouble with users who have Desktop messaging installed in their Outlook, not being able to retrieve messages.

I have not heard if Nortel has a patch for this yet??? If message is checked by the phone, it will show the correct time stamp if the PBX is set correctly. DeskTop Messaging time stamp does not work correctly....

..servers talking to servers talking to computers... OH for the days of just needing dialtone.....

I have the same problem, where the timestamp on the desktop messaging is an hour ahead. Can this only be fixed through a patch or can I just fix it by adjusting the time on my switch like kwoerner suggested? I was hoping to fix this manually without having to purchase the patches.

desktop messaging part needs patch, setting time in PBX takes care of time stamp on phone retreival part, not the computer part....

Found this out the hard way. If you have SU02 then use CP404S02G56S for the dst patch. If using SU03 then use CP404S03G23S for the dst patch.
