CallPilot Soft Keys (Rewind & Fast Forward)

Hi

We prevously had soft keys displayed on the bottom of our phones when listening to voicemails, which enabled us to rewind and forward voicemails. I know this is possible using key 1 and key 3, but just wondered how we get the soft keys to display again?

We are using Nortel 2004p2 IP phones.

What firmware version are your phones running?

If it not dependent upon the firmware version. Make sure that you have MWK programmed against key 16.

MWK is definitely configured on key 16

Firmware version on the 2004p2 phones is: 0604DCJ

My phase 2 i2004's are running firmware DCN (and the softkeys are present and functional).

Do you have an ACD DN in the system with 'MWC YES'?
