CallPilot Rls4.0 Accesing Voicemail

Hi

I have CS1000s System with Calpilot 4.0 installed. The problem i am facing is that i am not able to access my voice mail. When I dial the Voice Mail CDN. IT asks for Voice Mailbox but when I enter the DN for Voice mail box it is not accepting my digits . I am getting DTMF tone and digit display when i enter VOicemail DN. The System Rls is 4.5 . Please help

I won't be much help, but are there any functions that do respond to dialing? Like Express Messaging, Menu Choice, Thru-Dial - stuff like that.
