The customer has a callpilot 5.0 . But there is no callpilot reported installed.

Is there any way we could check approximate storage of the voice messages on a given day?

Is this possible to check?

I am aware that we can check storage on each vm box when we open the VM box for details.

That is not helpful as we will need the storage for all VM boxes.

Please advise.

without cp reporter - no. all you can do is open up each mb and start adding

The system is limited by the amount of hard drive space you have and what you set as a limit for each mailbox. You can look at the hard drive in My Computer in the server to check. I always limit users to 15 minutes of storage, 90 seconds of answer prompt, and 7 to 30 days of message retention. I do not allow message storage. If they need a message stored, I send them to radio crack to get a recorder and a handset device.
