upgrade done on option-61c system, signalling server, all from rls4.0 to rls 5.5
internally can send and receive faxes perfectly.
I Programmed all callpilot ports for NCOS 7, TGAR 0 AND UNR
In RPL LIST my ACOD 8 is allowed.my outbound is trhu DOD CKT.
Please help me!!!!!

Make sure Delivery to Telephone or Fax is checked under Unauthenicated Access Restriction within Message Delivery Configuration. The default is unchecked, so no external faxes are allow.

I checked, its check mark is allready there

is your acode 8 if so looking at the cp trace i call
failed due to a bad recipient because if you look at
what was dailed was 886129935,i would think it should
look like 86129935.a way to test this is to dial it by
your desk phone dail 886129935 and see if it fails then
try 86129935.

check your FQDN definition:It must be Hostname.domainename
for example:callpilot.acom.com. I think you missed dot between hostname and domain name.

Hi

My access code is 88 which is correct.I think I wrote acod 8 by mistake in the previous msgs I am sorry for that.

My FQDN is ok, callpilot.zcp.com I think when I made copy and paste dot did not appear in this err report.

Pls reply me for any new suggestions

I had a similar problem with my recently installed CP 5.0 system. Check your SNMP host file. Your CP FQDN must be listed or nothing works.
