Hi,

I installed the CallPilot manager/reporter CP500S04G21C on a client and I have the release 5 on the callpilot server.
when I open the browser and I type the ip address of client pc/cpmgr ( not I connect to the server and I get the error http500.
What is the problem?

when you configured the callpilot manager did you point it to the callpilot server?

can you ping the server from the client PC(manager).

Hi,

I tried to install the CallPilot manager/reporter on a web server with windows 2003 server and I have a CallPilot server release 4.
When I try to connect to see the reporter from the browser enter the IP address of the web server/cpmgr/cprpt ( but the answer is always the same, http500.
The CallPilot server is reached regularly and it works.
Does anyone know what it can depend on?

I forgot to mention one thing:
when I connect the reporter, sometimes, instead of the error http500 appears another error, that appears is the following:

Active Server Pages error '00000000'

Create object failed

?

An error occurred while creating object 'oARC'.

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a01ae'

Class doesn't support Automation: 'oARC'

/LM/w3svc/1/root/cpmgr/global.asa, line 45

Thanks
