If you are trying to put it on the Call Pilot server, don't. It should go on the PC or server with Application Builder. That is we usually have a PC setup in the Comm rooms to administer CP,App Builder, ProComm to access the switch, CCM and ect...
If its not working, get a bigger hammer!

We are running App builder and Reporter and MyCallpilot on a virtual server with zero issues......

Sure, you may have to edit your hosts file to tell the server where the CallPilot is.
