I am needing to know what two digits on a phone display mean. We have a central office CS1000 that hosts our CallPilot server. At one of our remote branches we have an option 11 that is connected to the main office via PRI. The branch has a local number that customers call and it is hard remote forwarded by the local telco to a DID here at our main site. The DID ACDN is NCFW to our callpilot DN and Callpilot recognizes it as an SDN for an Auto Attendant Menu. When the caller presses 1 for example they are transferred to the remote branches parts department. On the display e have 1 local number that the local telco hard forwards to a DID that comes in on a PRI at the central office. When the remote branch phone rings it displays the following
Caller ID of the customer
P2647 which is the ACDN number
Then the local branch phone number
Then CFWD and a two digit number that changes with each call.
What I would like to know is what is the two digit number?
Is it a callpilot channel that is being used? I tried tracing the call to see if I could determine what it is but had no luck.
