callpilot "not enough message space to leave a recording"

We have a bcm 400 4.0, We have run into an issue where it will not let anyone leave a message in a mailbox..you get "not enough message space to leave a recording".

We have replaced the hard disk and restored it,this resolved it for a while, now it is back. Rebooting the bcm will not resolve the issue.

It is on our network, not sure if this would matter or not, something is filling up the drive space?

Any ideas? Thanks much for your input.
 
Go to callpilot manager. Under reports you will see a report for message usage. This will tell you the amount of message minute storage you have left available. If this is a low number, there may be a huge mailbox eating up space. Have you got GD mailbox enabled ? Is there anything in it ?

Also,is this just happening on one sub mailbox and the others are fine ? Or is it happening across the board ?
 
I saw a general delivery mailbox with over 1500 messages cause this issue.
