Greetings Everyone,

Yesterday my contract manager emailed me this complaint.

"Bryan,

I had a new message from last week show up in my archived messages - I found it by accident.
Can you advise why this may have happened?"

Any ideas on what may have happened here?

Sorry, I neglected to mention that I have a BCM400 R3.6 with CallPilot 100/150.

Do you mean CallPilot 150 as in an external box that is used on a Norstar, or are you using the "built in" CallPilot in the BCM?

Do you use Unified Messaging? Just curious what he means by 'archived messages'.
 
Yes, thanks Biv343. I'm using the built in CallPilot, and after I spoke with her, she said that she found a message in her saved messages box that she had not yet listened to.

"Pressed wrong button" I think.
