I you are talking about CallPilot Manager via the web interface. The password is the same as your Feature 983 password minus the 102 (12 or 1002) at the front.
Most common password is 1234. If it was never set is it 0000. If it is 0000 it will force you to change it. Make sure you make a note of whatever you change it to.
