CallPilot Outlook

My user told me they were no longer getting voicemails sent to outlook. When I opened outlook I notice that CallPilot was loading (splash sceen, and task bar icon letting me know there are messages waiting). But the callpilot folders were not there. I ran a CPTrace and it came back with this: Can someone please give me some insight or help to solve. Thanks SJMP

Not sure what version of Outlook you are running but is it configured to Deliver to the CallPilot Inbox Seperate from email or Email Inbox (CallPilot messages are mixed with email in box.

You can check this by looking at your callpilot Desktop Messaging Configuration and look at Mail Tab.
