CallPilot not routing to mailbox after Hunt group

Good morning!
I'm not sure where the problem is:
AA answers, CCR's to different hunt groups. Hunt groups overflow to one hunt group in office. This works ok, BUT if no one answers in the office then I would like the call to route a mailbox on a DN instead of the general delivery MB. I have it set to go to a DN that is part of the office hunt group, but it doesn't work. Do I need to route to a DN NOT in the HG or am I missing something?

you need to set a vm box up for the hunt group, same DN and then add the extension you want to use in the alternate ext box of the hunt group vm box
