Callpilot not responding

Hello Nortel Experts,
I have one problem with voice mail service - callpilot.

the configuration is:

PBX - opt11 5.00W+
CP - 04.04.04
and symposium - 6.00.00

The voice mail DN is 199, but the callpilot is not responding, it is just ringing...

Yesterday I've tried to restart CP server - and the result was - "call pilot is running and able to accept calls"...

there is one critical alarm (and some minor/major)

But I'm not sure if this alarm is somehow related with my issue...

So what do I need to check next? something on PBX? CP? As far I as know, there was no config change in few last weeks.

Just one area to check to confirm all the Services on the CP Server have actually 'Started' up during CP reboot

Control Panel/Admin Tools/Services
