callpilot mgr login prob

BCM50 3.0

When I try to open callpilot thru element mgr, I get "Callpilot is busy. Please try again later." The system is operational, and I can get in thru F983 on a phone.

I have tried 2 different logins, and can connect directly and get the download page, but the callpilot manager there says the same thing.

Any thoughts ( trying to avoid a reboot of the bcm50)?

reboot required - warm reset did not work

You can always try opening CallPilot Manager through a web browser.

http://<bcmipaddress>/callpilotmanager

That's really all the launch button in Element Manager does for you anyway.
