I have a local computer set up by a contractor awhile back to connect to the callpilot. That computer contains the IP info, login name and password for callpilot Manager. Recently we switched to T1 service along with our phone lines and trying to log into CallPilot to do some reconfiguration. I found that particular computer's hard drive was failed and now I do not have those information to log in. I just found the IP for the CallPilot and tried the method I found online( For example ...etc.), but it didn't work. Is there any other way to set up the connection for CallPilot on another computer?

I can ping it, but IE cannot open the web page.

Check firewall settings etc......

If you can do it, put a screen keyboard and mouse on (if not already there) and check the IP info. If you can connect direct to the server then you can run the manager from there as well. If nothing else, it is a temp solution, and will prove that it does actually work.

Good Luck

start at the callpilot RDP to the address as console and login, if RDP not working plug in keyboard mouse monitor and check the IP addresses.

If you run run IE on the CP do you get the CP Manager on If not you can rule out the network.

If its not working on the CP server you could check the services or reboot. If the password for the windows is unknown it can be reset like any other server with ERD Tools (now microsoft restore tools I think).
