We are runing Callpilot server 4, and a Standalone Callpilot manager/reporter webserver. We recently upgraded the callpilot manager to 5.00.41.39 on the standalone webserver and on the Callpilot server after the update when users login to callpilot manager it takes a very long time to login (30-60 seconds). When before the update it only took 2-3 seconds to login, anyone have similar problems or any thoughts of what to try to fix the issue?

And after the update we are also getting DCOM errors on the Callpilot server such as these:

DCOM was unable to communicate with the computer
<ip address> using any of the configured protocols.

Did you guys patch the server to SU4 as well or was it at SU4 when you updated the CP manager?

Our server was patched at SU4, it turns out that it was a client side problem. Users accessing the Callpilot Manager use Windows XP and Windows Vista which have the Windows firewall turned on, we had to allow DCOM TCP port 135 on the client desktop firewalls and that resolved the slow login, now they can login in 2-3 seconds again.
