Hello,
I have a mailbox that the receptionist doesnt want to have callers be able to press 0 to get back to her.
My Callpilot revert DN default is set to 0 through the initial setup wizard, so it is actually blank under each mailbox.
I tried setting the revert DN back to itself, (ie DN is 8216, i set the revert DN to 8216 too) and i tried setting it to the voicemail system DN 5400, but i get a "restricted by RPL" error for both. Pretty much any DN ive tried so far throws that error.
How can i make it so that if someone presses 0, it will either hang up or go back into its own greeting?

thanks

take a look at your restriction permission list settings and open up that extension
