I would like to know what I am doing wrong here that is causing the following issue. Please reply with details:

This is a Callpoilot 100 Ver 1.5.32.01 with Nortel Norstar MICS system. There are 8 anolog lines coming to the Norstar, and these 8 lines are setup to be answered by the Auto Attendant of the CP100.
This system is shared by 2 companies. The first 4 lines are for company A, the second 4 lines are for company B. In the AA, we have 2 greeting tables: Greeting Table 1 with company Greeting 1 for company A, and Greeting table 2 with company greeting 2 for company B.
Here is the line configuration:

Line Answer Mode Table/Skillset Rings Command
1 Auto-Attendant Table 1 3 Change
2 Auto-Attendant Table 1 3 Change
3 Auto-Attendant Table 1 3 Change
4 Auto-Attendant Table 1 3 Change
5 Auto-Attendant Table 2 3 Change
6 Auto-Attendant Table 2 3 Change
7 Auto-Attendant Table 2 3 Change
8 Auto-Attendant Table 2 3 Change

The issue is that lines 5, 6, 7, & 8 do not get answered by the AA. They get answered by the general mail box. Whereas, lines 1, 2, 3, & 4 are answered by the AA.

Please let me know what is preventing lines 5, 6, 7, & 8 from being answered by the AA, and how to correct this issue.

Your help is much appreciated in advance,
Thanks,
Driss M.

Actually, this is a new install. Initially, none of the lines were answered by the AA. Then, I changed the Ring number to 3 & it worked only for the first 4 lines as described above.

Thanks for your reply. i hope to get an answer soon again.

Thanks,
Driss M.

Assuming your norstar is 6.1 ...

the lines in the callpilot have to be 1,2,3,4 31,32,33,34

if it is below 6.0 the lines are 1,2,3,4,25,26,27,28

you are supposed to use the TN numbers and not the sequence

Guess I answered this on the other post instead.

Senk1s,

That was the correct answer. Thank you very much. I made the change, tested, & it worked.

Could you tell me if that is in the manual?

Thanks,

Ahh! Ok! Hmmm! Someone else installed the KSU system. I did install the CP100. I was looking at the CP100 installation manual. Anyway Thanks much for your help everybody.
