Anyone know of a way to turn off the Personal Verification and fax transmission instruction messages on CallPilot? My customer wants it turned off because of too many dumb users getting confused when they hear it. I looked in the mailbox class, and under prompt customization, but found nothing. I found nothing in the documentation. I also checked fax options in the mailbox itself. I personally don't believe this can be disabled.

Don't you need a "fax license" to make that work with Call Pilot?

You are correct on the licenses, which we have. It turned out to be how I set up the inbound fax numbers. We pointed all the phantom TN's to the single CDN for CallPilot (in this case 3450) and had each SDN use Express Fax Messaging pointed to the specific users mailbox. By creating a second CDN for fax only, and putting the fax DN in the users mailbox DN list, we won't get the Personal Verification and instructions to start transmitting. Problem solved.
