I have created a CCR tree. In this CCR tree, I have an option saying "press 2 for technical support". We have 3 people in tech department. What I have done so far is, I have created a hunt group and made it broadcast. But my problem is people can't leave a message to any of the 3 phones when nobody picks it up. To solve that problem, I use one of our free phones for the hunt group's mailbox. I was wondering if there is any alternative way to do this. Thank you.
