I have created a CCR tree. In this CCR tree, I have an option saying "press 2 for technical support". We have 3 people in tech department. What I have done so far is, I have created a hunt group and made it broadcast. But my problem is people can't leave a message to any of the 3 phones when nobody picks it up. To solve that problem, I use one of our free phones for the hunt group's mailbox. I was wondering if there is any alternative way to do this. Thank you.
 
Set up a mailbox with the Hung Group extension then just overflow ths calls to the vmail DN.
 
press feature 985 to get the vmail DN, this will be the overflow DN in your hunt group programming.

If you want message indication for the hunt group mailbox you can set up off premise notification to the internal users via intercom.
You can set up multiple outdials for message notification.
