I have a CallPilot 100 with Rel 01 software, which is stuck in a funny place.
I am able to start it up, and all of the lights flash as they should.
I am able to connect via serial cable, and I get the following output, which seems to indicate that the unit is up and running. I do not know the login name or password, and so I am stuck at that point.
I am not able to bring up the web interface (IE says 'unable to display') although I did successfully change the IP address, and I can ping the unit.
I am able to establish a telnet session, but I face the same login/password issue as above.
Attempting to reach the unit via a handset results in a "feature inactive" message, regardless of whether I try F981, F983 or F985.
I have tried all of the user/password combinations I could find out there, but none of them worked.
I have connected the unit to an 8x24 DR5, a CICS 6 and a CICS 7. The result is always the same.
What is curious is that at one point in the boot messages, it says " Got KSU Version from functerm:" followed by the KSU version I see if I log into the KSU, which tells me that it is indeed communicating with the KSU.
Looking more closely at the log, I find:
SYS: Access failed to start, system will restart after 120 seconds
SYS: To stop rebooting, enter stopreboot
which looks like a serious error message.

D-channel No. 1 is working
which looks like the unit has come up. Further down, I do get the "Ready" message in a box, but sure enough, after a short while the unit reboots.
1) Is there any way to gain access to the unit as is ?
2) Is there a way to reset the device, given that I cannot access it by any other method than serial cable ?
