I have several users who seem to have a ndafxsrv.exe process hang at times (some have more than one instance running). This seems to cause our document management system (FileSite) to hang when opening documents via Outlook.
If I end the ndafxsrv.exe process, their document will open right up. It seems that when the sometimes send a fax, it just zips right through the page where they fill in the fax information (fax number, attaching other documents, cover page, etc.) and that seems to make it hang.
We are running: CallPilot server 4.04.04, CallPilot client Release 4.00, Build 4.04.04.12.
