CallPilot Fax Install Documentation

I have a CallPilot 703t rls 4.0 and I just installed Desktop Messaging. I need to add the ability to send/receive faxes, but I can not find the exact procedure document from Nortel. Here is what I have pieced together from the information that I can find:

1) Verified fax channels (2)
2) Program multimedia CDN (Config Wizard tonight)
3) Build phantom 500 port DCFW to multimedia CDN
4) Add phantom number to extension list of mailbox with Desktop Messaging mailbox class

Is there anything I am missing or does any know when I can find the fax install document?

It may be too late for an answer, but if you log into your CallPilot Manager GUI and on the home page select the help link, then under Administration Guides it is the first link "Administrators Guide" and it's under configuring CallPilot services.
