CallPilot Fax cover page

Hello, does any body know how to change or add a cover page for a CallPilot fax.
I have CallPilot 3.0 integrated with Lotus and I need to modify the Fax cover page (cover.tif) or add a new one that could be use because, I want to add a company Logo and change the format. I add some new cover pages but aren’t recognizing by the software.

we did some cover sheet modification in cp class. heve you tried open with word ? i can't remember the software we opened the tif file with but it was a microsoft default, not a nortel add on

So try opening a TIF file from Windows Explorer. If that fails as well, you've found the problem (right-click a TIF file in Windows Explorer, and select Open With, select your app from the list and tick the "remember this program for this filetype" box to re-assign a program to .TIF files). If that works, then for some reason C1 is having issues with it. So check your Windows association for .TIF files and let us know how it went.

from this post in another geek forum, try opening your tif in an image viewer software.. leave it to nortel to take a picture of a cover sheet
