Callpilot Error 54103 1

i've been trying to find some information for this error code it appears in multiple callpilots that we have but i haven't had any luck.

It says "Event from MTA server[MTA]:Error function ignored by the MTA. Additional information:MasterNewDelivery, rc=5912,NMmta_netGetLocationList9SenderLocInfo->LocationName is empty."

any information would be greatly appreciated.

This error is refering to the Message Transfer Agent. Normally if you see this error and your users are not beating down your door- because messages aren't getting thru it's because a mailbox or email mailbox is full, not fully configured or initialized when pinged by the MTA. It can also occur if the IMAP or IMA are down but again, the users would let you know right away.
