CallPilot drops calls sent via Attendant

Hi there,

we have a customer that uses various CS1K Systems. The problem right now is that if the customer send a caller (internal or external)from location a via Attendant to the CallPilot on location b the call will be dropped after the user enter the mailboxnumber + #. If the same call passes via a normal extension there is no problem at all.

Any ideas?

***Additional Info***

I found out that even the Att (M2250) isnt able to access CP in the right way... CP is connecting but dont accept any mailbox number and disconnect after you pressed # on the console. If the Attendant is connected to the CP and the mailbox number is entered without # after the number it will forward you to this extension...

any ideas ?

Suspect a patch issue - make sure your switch is up to date in patches.

Workaround might be to turn off TRO in routes between switches.
