201I...The short and sweet of it... When trying to access a mailbox, callpilot does not recognize dtmf...it continues to play it's login greeting. Installed the software, added SU10 for both the server and manager. I reinstalled the software twice, to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

MikyT2 - after spending about 5 hours trying to sort this one out with you and TJ - here is the fix for your notes.
Always add the dep list on the pbx right after joining the sec domain.
patch 30731 was our winner.
this patch relates to having dtrs on virtual card 0 and we had no choice because mfc ports are on 15. The special instructions for this patch for rls 7.5 is to add patch, out dtr's, build new dtrs and then reboot mgcs.
