CallPilot Desktop Messaging - Install the Same Voice Mailbox on Multiple Desktops? 2

We have CallPilot version 5.01.03.04. Can we install CallPilot Desktop Messaging, using the same voice mailbox, on multiple desktops? We want 4 end-users to have the ability to access the same voice mailbox via Desktop Messaging.

We have enough licenses. The end-users do not currently have Desktop Messaging on their desktops.

I don't see any reason why it can't be done. You can have more than one extension have their LED flash when a message is left and therefore it would seem feasible to have more than one Outlook with the same mailbox. Just be sure that they all have the same passcode updated when ever it's changed.

not a problem if your mailbox password is set to never expire; otherwise, be prepare to play reset the mailbox pwd game. If a password change policy is in place, make sure the users don't click the button, save my password info. They will lock out the mailbox faster than you can unlock them.

We use Lotus Notes, not Outlook, so hopefully the answer still remains the same.
