Announced voice mail retrieved by phone has the correct time, and the CallPilot server itself appears to have the correct time. (Appearance is given by remote desktopping into the server). Is there a way to change to the time on the CallPilot email server?

The time that appears in the CallPilot Outlook message is one hour later than the time the message was actually recieved. (The rest of our Outlook messages have the correct time.) This makes it look like the opposite of a DST problem. But the problem did appear at the time of the
DST change. It may be that a time fix applied to Outlook is doubly affecting this. I can't be sure. Is there a way to manually adjust the time that's displayed by Callpilot Desktop messages? Thank you

Depending on the release of your call pilot you need to put a patch in. The patches are: for rl3 w/su2 cp303s02g07s
rl4 w/su2 cp404s03g56s
rl4 w/su3 cp404s03g23s
If you are Rl.2.5 or lower there is nothing you can do but wait for the old daylite savings date and then it will be correct if you checked the auto daylite on the server date and time.

Thank you, Cheigert, for the valuable info. This is my 8th day on the job.

You might also want to check that the Windows has the latest patches to be sure the PC is patched for the new DST.
