CallPilot desktop messaging and Outlook

I have just installed Callpilot desktop messaging on 50 users. for some reasons, some users are having problems opening Outlook 2003. It froze and we have to kill the application. Some time the second try works and sometime we have to open outlook in safe mode.

I get the same issue as well.

I've tried repairing Office 2003, ran spyware removal tool, Uninstalled call pilot, ran the repair tool again, rebooted the machine and then reinstalled Call Pilot all that to no avail.

I constantly get the same issue.

Has anybody come accross this before or is this a right's thing that one might need to have access to a specific registry key.

Any help would be appreciated.
