Hey guys,

Second question for the night, sorry to create separate threads.

We have a Callpilot mini 150 and when it was first setup, the CCR tree worked fine. Caller would call in and get the greeting prompts based on day, and then get transfered to our operator 103. After hours, it would transfer to the general VM box.

However, after some testing, the CCR does not go through the right tree AND its going to random VM boxes instead of the general (100) and the operator (103).

I am not sure whats going on, and what else to do to troubleshoot.

Thanks for reading, and Merry Christmas!

Wow so many places to look.

Make your tables are correct for time of day and pointing to the right CCR tree.

Make sure lines are pointing to the correct table.

Thats a start.

Yeah.. quite a bit of things to check.

M-F are set to times are all set the same, at 6am (morning), 11am (afternoon), 5pm (evening), 5pm (after hours).

sat/sun are set to 12am on all sections.

operator extension is set to 103. CCR tree for morn/afternoon/evening are all set for CCR 1 (normal tree menu prompt with set greetings 1, 2, 3 respectively), while the after hours one is set to CCR tree 2 which is a short prompt that goes straight to VM box.

Thanks for the response guys, how do i check if a DN is disabled?

Alright, Just confirmed that that is not selected.

I will upload a picture of the settings to give you guys a better idea later tonight, thanks for the responses guys. I know its little to run on, but I just am not sure where to even begin.
