Will the Callpilot 150 Call Center Reporting software report on how long an agent has put a caller on hold.
Is there any way of knowing how long agents are putting calls on hold for?
Any help would be appreciated.
 
I dont have your answer, but tell me do you have yours working, and how important is it to dedicate a PC just for the web hosting call center app?

I need to find this information to quote my customer. Don't have one yet!
