Callpilot call center CDN mailbox Initialization

I have a Callpilot 150 Basic Call center and am setting up a skillset. When I do this a mailbox is automatically created with the CDN I assigned to the skillset. I don't understand how to initialize the mailbox because it is not attached to a phone. Is there a way I can remotely do this or is the CDN supposed to assigned to a phone?

My other question is in a CCR tree how can I transfer callers to a CDN?


 
For the MB press feature 981 press other put in the CDNPSWD#. But if you don't want to use it make if agentes Busy somthing else.
In CCR for the path make it a transfer/ internal/intercom and the CDN #.
