Callpilot App Builder telset password change

I need to change a recording for a menu. When I go to file/properties/securitytab and I try to change the Telset maint. password, it won't let me type in a new password. Each keystroke just "dings", nothing will populate that line....? I don't know the current password as it was setup by the previous company that supported the system prior to my company. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

Just for grins, have you checked the application to see if maybe previous vendor put a text note with the password?
Also might try 12345 as I have seen this used a lot by a specific vendor when setting application passwords.
