Callpilot analog phone lamps working intermittently

Late last year we upgraded a 61c to 81c and replaced MM with CP. Recently we have begun to receive daily complaints from different analog users that either their message lamps stay on after deleting messages or don't come on when they get messages. BTW the peripheral cabinets are now fed with fiber as the CE cabinets were moved to another location during the upgrade. Does anyone have any ideas what would cause this.

look at the patch level, i had that problem when we went to pilot, needed patches and the aml to the old mail was still lighting the lamps even with the sets removed..

According to MIRCC my system is up to date on all patches and DEPs. John, do you have a specific patch number I can look into?

what rls are you on? i can check monday.. unless you have sets that are not programed right for you voice mail channels, i don't see a software issue.. if possible i would goto the channel monitor and see if just one (or more) channel is causing the problem

we're on 4.00T. I'll take a look at the channels. Old MM AML has been removed.
