callpilot acces to route

Hi
I try to give call pilot acces to a external route. (BCM400 4.0)
ex: I have made a route 8244 who is take a analog line and call a cell. When we call to the site and the auto-attendant answer, if I press a number who make a transfer to this route all is ok, the cell ring. If I dial directly 8244, it don't give me acces.
Someone know how to give the call pilot acces to this setting?

Does your phones and callpilot have access to pool A or b or...?

Yes all phones and call pilot have acces to pool a, no filter are programmed. It's look like I can't dial out on analog line with the call pilot but if the auto-attendant make the transfer, it's working.
