callpilot 703t services?

Hi, I seem to have a callpilot that is a little screwed up. I was updating the peps on my server, it is 3.0. It stopped working after I installed sp1 (which was never on the machine) Updates are done, I am on sp2, snd su02. My mas notification never starts and I have a bunch of services disabled. Is this causing my problem? Does anyone know exactly what services should be running? Thank you.
