Callpilot 5.0 voicemail messages cut off 2

While leaving a message in a mailbox, the message is getting cut off. I extended the record time for messages in Message Management to a full 5 minutes already but didn't work?

Check the Class of service setting for class assigned to mailbox that is getting cut off.
