Had a request from a user to be able to retain all messages left in mail box and be able to retrieve when needed, can I do this with the archive back-up, is there any other storage solutions??

A Back-Up will retain will any current messages in the box.

If you mean, save specific messages, we had requests to do this weekly or monthly. So, we got an Algo AuxBox

and just played all the messages with headers into it, then sent the user the WAV or WMA file(s)

There are so many times you need a good recorder, and the Algo product is pretty much fool proof.
