It doesn't really complete anything - the error states Completed With Erros, but no data it stored on the network.

This started happening after the latest Microsoft Hotfixes/SP2 were applied.

We use Novell, but have CP setup with a windows share on our server.

Here's a copy of the log:

Please provide this log to your Nortel support organization if you are unable to resolve a backup or restore problem. This log file contains detailed debugging information. Normally the Summary Log file can be used to determine success of a backup or restore and to assist in resolving errors.

Any ideas out there?

Well, I have to ask if the MS patches were NORTEL approved on their website??

Try backing up to a new share also,

It was included in the package direct from nortel to apply to callpilot and not, it won't let me even browse to find a different share

were all of the "peps" then applied as directed in the readme.txt files??

I would call in the vendor, you have some major problems.

can list all the peps you installed and what release are
you running?

no problems only solutions

DFKSydney - you missed the question, we aren't backing up to tape - this is a full backup going to the server.

Yes the peps were applied [sorry I used the wrong terminology - the service packs were included in the peps]

Were can I go to see a listing of the peps that were applied? I'm still learning!

From your posted log:
Starting backup of 'Full System Backup (CALLPIL)' to device 'PrimaryServerTape'

Sure looks like a backup to tape to me.
Maybe look at the backup configuration.
