Callpilot 2.0 Password

I've been on vacation for the last 2 weeks and when I got back my boss tells me the password to get into Vmail say's invalid password. I tried rebooting the Callpilot to see if that would fix it, but it didn't work. Any Idea's out there?? I have the NGenSys User ID and the password but where do I use it??

The password I used to access the Callpilot gave me access to the server. This is an Option 11C 25.40B

You could try 0000 at the Call Pilot terminal interface.

I always used 123698 as password to access the callpilot and I could change all the confiurations with this password including changing all passwords. where do I use NGenSys to access callpilot.

Is callpilot like the Option11, if you make to many errors entering the password it locks you out????

if it's a time out, it may let you in after 24 hours, otherwise try a restart. might be the best way to go. the ngyn was a server password (default) to access the server level at one time. the newer cp's force that password to be changed on install

The old user ID was 000000 and password was 123698, this login alowed me to change everything including Config and NGenSys was still at the default. If it still now how would I use it to login to the Callpilot 2.0??

I tried my own mail box number and Vmail login password and I was able to get into the Callpilot as I was assigned ADMIN Full rights, however I can't change the 000000 mailbox password as I don't know the new password that has been changed but I can change all the other passwords and Config.
