I can not start the callpilot 150, using the serial cable i get the follow information, please helpme

I tried to stopreboot manualy but the pasword ant user name areinvalid, can you helpe please

have you tried activating it with telephone set?

i found the mistake, the reboot setting was in mode Load L, and i changed to execute E and started.
